Project Objective
To design a booklet featuring a specific typeface in order to exemplify its characteristics that
would serve as a promotional piece for a type house or design firm. To apply the principles
that you have learned regarding contrast, positive and negative space, rhythm, texture, tone,
hierarchy, structure and grids to design this booklet using type and image. It also demonstrates an
understanding of multiple page layout, pacing of information, signature formation, and an
overall sensitivity to typographic design.
